– Receive projects and organize the implementation of projects assigned by the Center’s leaders
o Planning, organizing and implementing the project
o Monitor, urge and control project quality and progress
o Manage and deploy project documents and records within the scope of responsibility
o Identify and propose to handle problems arising during project implementation with the central labor force
o Coordinate and promote the parties to ensure the progress and quality of the project.
o Report project progress to Center leaders and related departments.

1. General requirements:
– University graduate or higher, majoring in telecommunications or information technology
– Read and understand English documents well
– Develop office computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio …)
– Good persuasion, communication and presentation skills
– Document preparation skills (Skills on product BOM, technical documents, bid documents).
– Willing to work overtime, go on business trips at home and abroad when necessary
2. Specific requirements:
– At least 2 years of IT project management experience
